Exhaust Most 86cc/90cc Minarelli Horizontal

Les échappements Most sont des pots fait-main, non vernis. 

- Le corps de l'échappement est constitué de 15 pièces en acier - Tôle XC laminé à froid. 
- Technique du roulé - soudé. 
- Épaisseur de 0.8mm. 
- Soudage des pièces bord à bord au chalumeau - Procédé Oxyacétylénique. 
- Tube de fuite calibré coudé. 
- Patte de fixation du silencieux réalisé en tôle XC et découpé au laser comme la bride. 
- Venturi, sortie cylindre, est une pièce tournée en acier XC 45 soudée sur la bride. 
- Soudage de la bride, des deux venturi, de la patte de fixation et de la collerette AU TIG (Tungstène Inerte Gaz). 

Le pot Most est livré avec : 

- Silencieux Most 4Run de diamètre 23mm moto ou scooter (au choix).  
- Collier de silencieux diamètre 60mm. 
- 2 ressorts de pot, 
- Patte de fixation, 
- Bride de cylindre (diamètre extérieur 35mm; Entraxe 55mm +/-11mm), 
- Entretoises, 
- Rondelles, 
- Vis, 
- Silent bloc. 

Most exhausts are handmade, unvarnished exhausts. 

- The body of the exhaust is made up of 15 steel parts - Cold-rolled XC sheet metal. 
- Rolled technique - welded. 
- Thickness of 0.8mm. 
- Welding of parts edge to edge with a torch - Oxyacetylene process. 
- Calibrated elbow leak tube. 
- Muffler mounting bracket made of XC sheet metal and laser cut like the flange. 
- Venturi, cylinder outlet, is a turned part in XC 45 steel welded to the flange. 
- Welding of the flange, the two venturis, the fixing bracket and the collar using TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas). 

The Most pot comes with: 

- Most 4Run silencer with a diameter of 23mm for motorcycle or scooter (your choice), 
- Muffler collar diameter 60mm, 
- 2 pot springs, 
- Fixing lug, 
- Cylinder flange (outer diameter 35mm; center distance 55mm +/-11mm), 
- Spacers, 
- Washers, 
- Screw, 
- Silent block.
